A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience, specializing in hormone optimization, longevity, weight management, and ADHD care. Since 2000, a personal commitment to physical conditioning and biohacking has cultivated a deep understanding of the foundational pillars of health — nutrition, movement, restorative sleep, stress resilience, and hormonal balance. Stellar Wellness is a telehealth-first direct primary care (DPC) practice built for busy professionals and home executives who need access to quality care on their schedule — not the other way around. That means instead of billing insurance, we operate on a simple monthly membership model. You get access to your provider, same-week appointments, direct messaging, and care that actually takes the time to listen. No rushed 7-minute visits, no waiting rooms, and no surprise bills. We specialize in areas most primary care offices don't go deep on: hormone health, functional medicine, ADHD management, weight management and longevity therapy.

Your care is provided by Maria Stella Curiel, FNP-C, MSCP — a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MCP), one of fewer than 1,000 providers in the country to hold this credential. She is also a Biote Certified Provider specializing in hormone optimization. Stella practices at the full independent scope authorized for Nurse Practitioners in Nevada and Utah, meaning she can diagnose, treat, order labs, and prescribe independently.

Stellar Wellness is currently licensed to see patients in Nevada and Utah only. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of each telehealth appointment. If you travel or relocate, please let us know in advance so we can confirm we can continue your care.

Stellar Wellness membership is not health insurance and does not replace it. We cover your primary care, telehealth visits, messaging, and medication management - but we don't cover specialist visits, hospitalizations, imaging, or emergency care. We strongly encourage members to maintain health insurance or a health-sharing plan for those needs. Many of our members find that pairing a Stellar Wellness membership with a high-deductible health plan is both comprehensive and cost-effective.

We offer three membership tiers: Focus ($100/month), Balance ($150/month), and Thrive ($200/month). Each tier includes access to telehealth visits, secure messaging, prescription management, and care coordination.Higher tiers include additional services such as expanded lab panels, hormone optimization protocols, and priority scheduling. A valid patient-provider relationship is required before we can prescribe medications or provide ongoing care.
However, we do offer fee-for-service consultations for specific one-time needs.
Contact us to discuss whether a one-time visit is appropriate for your situation.

Book a Discovery Call. Choose your type of visit or membership tier, complete your intake forms and health history through our secure patient portal, and schedule your first telehealth visit. Most new patients are seen within a week of enrollment. You'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to prepare. $50 deposit to hold your appointment, which will be applied to your first visit. Deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment (with at least 48-hour notice, up to two times). This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Returning patients may message through portal or access booking link, if preferred.

Stellar Wellness is a specialty-focused telehealth practice, not a replacement for your primary care provider or OB/GYN. Our clinical focus is hormone optimization, ADHD management, and integrative wellness modalities — the areas where most traditional practices simply don’t have the time or specialized training to go deep.
We work best alongside your existing care team. You should continue seeing your PCP for routine health maintenance, preventive screenings, acute illness, and general medical needs, and your OB/GYN for gynecological care, Pap smears, mammograms, and reproductive health. What Stellar Wellness adds is a dedicated partner for the hormonal, cognitive, and functional health concerns that often fall through the cracks of a standard 15-minute appointment.
